100% Fat Contest Rules
1. The contest is open to Canadian residents who are eighteen (18) years or more, except employees, suppliers and / or distributors of Nuline Distribution Inc. and their immediate family
2. The contest begins on November 20 at midnight and ends January 31 at 5 PM.
3. The contest offers 3 prizes:
- 1st prize : 1 Fatboy Original + 1 Fatboy Point + 1 Fatboy Hand bag => value of 566$
- 2nd prize : 1 Fatboy Junior + 1 Fatboy Hand bag => value of 308$
- 3rd prize : 1 Fatboy Bag => value of 158$
4. To participate, you must fill up the contest form on Fatboy Canada website: www.fatboycanada.com/contest and subscribe to the Fatboy Canada newsletter.
5. Contest winners will be determined as follows: Nuline Distribution Inc. will randomly select 3 participants from those who have completed the contest form on fatboycanada.com.
6. Winners will be personally contacted by email by Nuline Distribution Inc. staff. If a winner could not be reached within 10 days after the official deadline of the contest, the prize will be reassigned to another participant.
7. The name of the winners will be announced on fatboycanada.com or on other websites such as Facebook.
8. By participating to the contest, you agree to have read these rules, to have understood them and to have respected them. You accept the price as is. You release the sponsor of the contest from any liability arising from your participation to the contest or the use of the prize.
9. The sponsor of the contest does not provide any warranties regarding the prize and disclaims any liability that may arise from it. Prizes must be accepted as is. No substitutions are allowed. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for another one of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable and can not be exchanged against money.
